Commencing within a Consulting Engineers’ practice has instilled an attention to detail and structured way of working that is still very important today. This sound technical background coupled with many years of defect identification and rectification within the Refurbishment sector led to a Senior Customer Service role within residential property development.
The ability to communicate with people at all levels within the industry and with clients resulted in promotion to Director Level, however still involved many days working on site.
This background has provided the skills that allow us to offer a bespoke range of services to our clients.
