Following a detailed inspection, a full report complete with photos will be issued detailing any defects identified, or areas where further attention is required. This report can then be used as a clear reference document by the developer / builder to ensure that no issues are overlooked.
A re-inspection can be arranged upon completion of any remedial works to provide peace of mind.
